KRAFT operates a dedicated fabrication network with workshops for steel, piping, and insulation across the globe. Off-site prefabrication reduces on-site working hours and limits simultaneous operations exposure. Digital weld traceability is ensured through Smart Weldlog, providing transparency, quality control, and full compliance throughout fabrication and installation.

Real-time tracking of progress, health and safety, and quality is achieved through FLOQ, providing clear visibility across site activities. Workface planning dashboards are aligned with EM standards, supporting structured coordination and disciplined execution. Strong interface management with other fabrication and construction contractors, as well as operations teams, ensures smooth integration and minimizes disruption during project delivery.

KRAFT's execution phase translates planning into controlled site activities. Following structured preparation and mobilization, construction and installation are carried out in line with the execution plan, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule control.

• Document Preparation and Compliance: All required project documentation and certifications are prepared, submitted, and verified prior to site activities. This includes personnel certifications and compliance requirements to ensure readiness and alignment with project standards.

• Site Mobilization: Site facilities are established to support execution, including offices, welfare facilities, tools, warehouses, vehicles, and supporting infrastructure.

• Manpower Mobilization: Personnel are mobilized in line with the approved manpower loading plan and project schedule, ensuring timely availability of qualified resources across all disciplines.

• Project Execution: Construction and installation activities commence in accordance with the execution plan, under coordinated supervision and controlled site conditions.

• Project Close-Out: Execution is completed following the closure of all punch items, handover of final documentation, and formal client acceptance.
