Fit-out en MEP-werkzaamheden
Het project omvat fit-out- en MEP-werkzaamheden. De activiteiten zijn gestart in september 2024, met aanvang van de EPC-uitvoering in maart 2025. Oplevering is gepland in het tweede kwartaal van 2026.
Technische scope
De scope omvat civiele, constructieve en bouwkundige werkzaamheden voor laboratoriumunits, de installatie van compressoren, HVAC-werkzaamheden, elektrische en instrumentatiewerkzaamheden en de verplaatsing van bestaande laboratoriumapparatuur naar de nieuwe locatie.
